See what our clients say about this tour
We are very happy to have served thousands of happy customers who travelled with us.
I was impressed with the coordination, knowledge, and overall quality of the airport/train/hotel transfers. The tour guides knowledge of the area and attractions was also very impressive.
This trip to Russia has been an excellent introduction for me and I would like to explore more of this beautiful country in the near future. I felt secure in the fact that Go Russia paid attention to detail and no stone would be left upturned regarding scheduling and timings and, of course, processing of the visa.
The tour guides, especially Tatiana in St Petersburg, were excellent. Everything was really well timed and organised. Information and instructions were clear. Support with obtaining visa was really good. Everything was paid for. There were no hidden extras.
Especially good- reliability, guides, flawless organisation, promptness of all staff
Fantastic knowledge of the guides, made the trip much more enjoyable.
Help and availability on chat line very pleasant and accurate. Very helpful support with visa application. Size of (most of the time) small group. Always on time and helpful with theater arrangements. Help on stations to make sure we were on right platform. Transfer to and from hotel back to airport on time and pleasant. Guides in Moscow and St. Petersburg excellent. This all made for a very worry free trip. Full program :) very interesting and informative.
I was delighted with the whole package. Everything ran like clockwork. The holiday was made very easy by the way it was organised and I was just able to enjoy it knowing I didn't have to worry about anything.
All transfers and pickups were done on time. The guides were very helpful when required.
What was so good about this trip and how Go Russia was different from other companies was that you use local guides only and there is no tour leader. This gave us a lot more free time to do what ever we wanted, eat where we wanted and yet still meet other travellers making use of the same local guide.
Everything that you said you would do was carried out as per the itinerary. The guides and transfer drivers were excellent and on time.
