Visa Assistance

Most nationalities travelling to Russia, China, Mongolia and Belarus require a visa issued by the relevant consular departments to obtain entry. Have no fear, we are here! 

We have an in-house visa department and regardless of your location, biometrics requirements, our visa specialists will check your application forms before consular submission and advise on any necessary amendments. We will make sure your application forms are correctly completed as per the rules of relevant authorities. We will also provide all required visa support documents.

Our visa department will explain the detailed procedure for each visa required for your trip after your booking. In short, you complete the visa forms (most are online now) as per our guidance, we check them and prepare your application pack for consular submission.

Some consulates outside India (e.g. Russian consulate in the UK, Chinese consulates in most countries) have now introduced biometrics, meaning you need to go in person to the local visa centre and provide your finger prints.

There are different timeframes when you can submit your application starting from 6 months to 2 months before your trip. Do not submit your application earlier than the indicated timeframe, your application will not be accepted by the consulate. Please do not worry, there is enough time to process your applications as standard before your trip, even if you need three visas (Russia, Mongolia and China). If you are based in a different country where we do not have visa offices (outside India, USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain) you will need to apply for your visas at your local consulates. We will provide the official confirmations required for your visas.
