In the early morning, we'll embark on a journey to Baga Gazriin Chuluu, a remarkable rock formation that undergoes colour changes with the shifting daylight. Along the way, we'll visit the ancient temple ruins and immerse ourselves in the surroundings, providing an initial glimpse of Mongolia's breathtaking natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage. A delightful picnic lunch awaits us, and in the evening, we'll enjoy dinner and spend the night at a ger camp. Our travel distance for the day covers approximately 220 kilometers (135 miles). Day 3
Drive to Tsagaan Suvarga Rock
Following breakfast, we'll explore the enchanting ruins of the Sum Khukh Bird Temple. Our journey will then lead us to Tsagaan Suvarga, a captivating white limestone cliff that bears a striking resemblance to a stupa. A picnic lunch will be a delightful interlude during our day of exploration. Later, we'll relish dinner and spend the night at a ger camp. Visit Mongolia’s Largest Sand Dunes
Following breakfast, our journey will take us to the remote Khongor Sand Dunes, renowned as the Singing Dunes, where the naturally occurring musical vibrations of the shifting sands create a magical experience. Upon climbing these dunes, you'll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view. In the evening, we'll have the opportunity to witness a mesmerising sunset, so make sure your cameras are ready to capture the moment. Explore Flaming Cliffs (Bayan Zag) - the Gobi Dinosaurs Cemetery
We'll set out on a journey to the renowned Flaming Cliffs, also known as BayanZag, which is home to the Saxaul tree forest of the Gobi. Here, we'll explore the site of Mongolia's first paleontological discoveries, following in the footsteps of Roy Chapman Andrews. One of the day's highlights will be our opportunity to engage with a nomadic family who breeds camels, providing a genuine taste of Mongolian nomadic hospitality. You can even enjoy a short camel ride during this immersive experience. Lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay will be provided at a ger camp. Visit “Ongi Khiid” Monastery

Day 8
Visit Erdene-Zuu Monastery & Karakorum Museum
Post-breakfast, we'll embark on a journey to Karakorum, the remarkable 13th-century capital of the Great Mongol Empire. A visit to the Erdene-Zuu Monastery, Mongolia's first and largest monastery, is on the agenda. We'll take a comprehensive tour of the monastery, exploring several temples, each adorned with captivating Buddhist Thangka paintings dating back to the 16th century. Our day also includes a visit to the unique and lesser-known Karakorum Museum. Dinner and an overnight stay will be provided in a ger camp.
